Michael Karris is the founder of EndowBridge Capital.
Formerly, he was Director of Investments/Trading for Columbia University’s endowment focusing on beta rebalancing, hedging overlay strategies, and transition management. He developed analytical tools for risk management & performance attribution.
Michael also worked at JP Morgan Asset Management in fixed income as a product specialist in the Long Duration and Stable Value teams, focusing on portfolio management and analytics for defined contribution & defined benefit pension plans.
Prior to this, he worked at BNP Paribas in Global Fixed Income Institutional Sales covering U.S. fund managers, hedge funds, and private banking groups. He has extensive experience in capital markets, working with institutional investors across many asset classes since 1993.
Michael earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He is a registered investment adviser and holds a NASD Series 65 license (having previously held Series 7, 3, and 63 licenses).
